The spot welder for lithium-ion batteries is equipped with an inverter DC welding power source and has a welding power switch function. It can switch the welding current required by the positive and negative electrodes when welding cylindrical battery packs, which can effectively avoid the big difference in the effect of welding the positive and negative electrodes with the same welding current.
 
Scope of application:
 
The spot welder for lithium-ion batteries is suitable for the spot welding of cylindrical battery packs.
It is usually used for spot welding of pure nickel sheets and nickel-plated steel sheets with a thickness of 0.1~0.3mm.
