Cell Grading Machine Description
80 Channel Battery Testing Equipment is a popular newly developed battery testing system for Li-ion cells, LIPB, Ni-MH cells, Ni-Cd cells.
This Equipment can be used as research machine, as cell positive /cathode pole material, battery cycle life testing etc.
This Equipment also can be used in pilot run period and in quality assurance department, since it has functions as formatting cells, grading capacity, testing cells group,checking battery pack, and processing test data,etc.
Current range: 0.05A-3A, 0.05A-6A, 0.05A-10A,0.05A-20A optional.
Suitable for: Cylindrical cell or pouch cell.
Cell Grading Machine Features
2.1 Each equipment can do constant current constant voltage charging and constant current discharge testing for 512 pcs of cell which is within the voltage range.
2.2 Constant current and constant voltage power supply, constant current to constant voltage switching without impact, especially suitable for lithium ion battery charging requirements.
2.3 This equipment adopts AVR single-chip computer as the control center, and cooperates with the peripheral sampling circuit, which can be controlled by the upper computer. When connected to the computer, the complete charge and discharge curve of all channels can be saved. Or it can be separated from the upper computer and operated by the control panel to complete constant current and constant voltage charging, constant current discharge test, etc.
2.4 Each battery has its own independent constant current and constant voltage source, and the self-forming loop does not affect each other.
2.5 A light-emitting diode is mounted on each of the battery fixtures as an operational status display, and when the discharge is completed, it can be used to indicate battery capacity sorting.
