Our Cylindrical lithium battery cell automatic sorting machine 5-channel /6- channel/10-channel /20-channel is a device for automatic sorting voltage and internal resistance of 18650/26650/32650 cells. It can also sort voltage or sort internal resistance separately. This test sorting consists of PLC control + PC industrial computer. PLC controls AC servo motors, stepping motors and cylinders to complete the sorting function. PC is responsible for data collection and processing, and data storage. The sorting number of cylindrical cells is about 3500 pieces per hour. The mechanical structure design is simple and generous, the system test performance is stable, and the quality is first-class.
